· Skillfully oversaw all bar personnel and ensured meticulous organization & cleanliness of bar area.
· Placed wholesale orders for beer, liquor & other beverages and consistently came in well under budget.
Again, this was only a rough draft sent for feedback and it was based entirely on the information provided by this client.
