Happy with my item but never received a confirmation email or any response from customer service so was unsure if the order had been received. Happy that the item did eventually arrive

I have paid for new item, box which is damaged and item used.

Item arrived in damaged box inside and outside and you can see that blow dryer has been used already by some. Not a brand new item which I have paid!!!
