Would be nice if when prices go down it was advertised. I paid and then 6 hours later it dropped by 70 dollars a person.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the pricing of your vacation. Pricing of travel, whether a vacation package or air only reservation, can be very fluid and we appreciate how frustrating this can be for passengers who have already confirmed their vacation prior to a price drop. Please bear in mind all rates are solely determined by the tour operators and airlines involved and their terms and conditions stipulate that rates will not be adjusted (increased or decreased) once confirmed. Prices do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.

Really happy I decided to call red tag's service desk. Elena was very quick in finding the right booking for me plus I got lower than ever price comparing to online searches.

Easy and quick
Booked our honeymoon through redtag. This is our 2nd time booking through this site, and would use it again. Booking was quick, and easy. Looking forward to our 2 week honeymoon to Mexico!

Contacted me to let me know that there are restrictions when travelling to Cuba through the United States. Where polite and courteous. Allowed me to cancel the ticket and rebook.

Excellent Service
Service is great!! Srini knows what he is doing. He is always helpful. Emails confirmations are sent immediately and all emails are answered in a timely fashion. Seat selection is an offered service...
