Our agency fees were provided in the Terms & Conditions which you must agree to in order to confirm a reservation. Our records further show you contacted our office to see about cancelling the tour operators travel protection. The agent reached out to the tour operator and was advised the travel protection is nonrefundable. We have to abide by the tour operators Terms & Conditions.
