The service department is very professional and respectful. Never doubting the work that is done and the schedule of time frame for our appointments is very prompt. Keep up the great work!
I had my puronics water purifier system changed (newly installed) and I am happy the way Mike who performed the service and professionally handled the issue.
Our Service Tech was very polite and efficient. He used shoe covers when he entered and exited our house, and he was neat an efficient while recharging our system.
