Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear you were not allocated the apartment you wanted. I have checked and we did put in a request for this specific apartment with the residence at the time of booking, but unfortunately these kind of requests can’t be guaranteed, as my colleague explained at the time. With regards to the number of people on the booking, this was an admin error which we rectified immediately. The error would not have affected your apartment type or the price. However, I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I hope you were still able to enjoy your holiday.
