We feel your comments are a little harsh, we can prove and confirm that we sent you an email, on the earliest opportunity that we had, being on the Monday 11th, after your order was placed when we were closed, during the weekend.
We advising that we couldn’t complete your order and gave you a date we can dispatch. (Perhaps our message went to your spam box?) We have offered to refund the balance outstanding (as standard procedure if we can’t complete an order and timescale is a problem to a customer)
We also try to make it clear on our website in our RETURNS AND SHIPPING section, it is advisable to call and ask to check stock levels, prior to ordering, if a large quantity is required..
“Please note: Our live stock levels are only able to identify where we have 'zero' stock ('Out of Stock') or a minimum stock of '1' ('In Stock'), i.e. if your order quantity is more than 1 it is advisable to call prior to placing the order to obtain an approximate delivery time scale”.
We can only apologise for inconvenience caused, but we did try to contact you at our earliest opportunity.
As for your product review – Us not being a reputable company, We have over 8500 positive Ebay reviews – 99.7% score and nearly 1000 positive Trustpilot reviews. So we feel we are very reputable.
