Easy site to use but need to look at booking as the caravan park had to ring and offer a different caravan as the one it said i would be getting on the site was already booked.

I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online…
I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online facility to change, or amend a booking. I had to ring the site direct. This defeats the purpose of an online booking system.

We aim to provide customers with all the information needed in our confirmation email should you need to contact the site directly when issues like this arise. As we are coming from Canada it would have been nice to pay the whole amount online or pay the balance when we arrive. Other than that, super easy and informative!
