Sorry to hear about this. This campsite joined Pitchup.com this week and had added allocation mistakenly. This has now been corrected and you should have heard from the campsite direct regarding a refund or amendment. Unfortunately it took a little longer for the campsite to realise this error than we had hoped and training has taken place to prevent a recurrence. Apologies for the inconvenience. Pitchup.com

I booked for an accommodation and subsequently was contacted by the vendor that there was an error with pitchup booking. The place and date that I booked had indeed been reserved by another customer.
