As stated on the payment policy for this listing and on your booking confirmation email, your balance should have been paid within three days of booking as you booked within 30 days of your arrival and the site will contact you to collect this payment. A member of our team will investigate with this site why you were told your balance payment was overdue before they contacted you to organise the rest of the payment. Pitchup.com We have spoken to this this site who have informed us that you were contacted for the balance by phone three days after your booking was made but we they were only given a home phone number for you and were unable to reach you. An email was then sent to you as a reminder to pay the remaining balance for your holiday. This was sent to confirm the balance due date, the amount, and to advise that payment on arrival was not accepted.

The payment policy for this listing states that bookings made within four weeks of arrival are to be paid as soon as possible. When 'Tent pitch' is ticked in your search, this will generate results for all sites that allow you to bring your own tent, these sites may offer other pitch/accommodation types as well. Our search filters include 'Adults only' and 'Dogs allowed' and we are looking into adding a 'No pets allowed' filter too.
