I was given reward offers - to get a discount on another planner if a friend bought one, or discount on a large bulk order over a certain amount £ - but neither of these...

I am so sorry you are unhappy with your order. We offer week to view dated pages and page a day dated pages.
When you are ordering through the website it gives you the option to view the image of the pages you are choosing.
If you prefer the page a day dated pages we can help you with exchanging your planner. I have emailed you directly with all the details.

Great customer service. Before even confirming my order I have been informed of a rough waiting time which was up to a couple of weeks - to be expected when 1. this was a personalised item and 2....
Beautiful design that I could edit and choose myself! Looks exactly like the picture online and is very well made. Included everything I will need in a planner as a teacher.
