Previous loans had no issue but this time it says not able to give me one. Then lists many reasons it "could be" .. when nothing other than my mobile number has changed since the last loan.

Have used a few times now
Definitely a 1st class company to deal with.

Don't stick to stated times
Like what you do however if you say an hour in writing then stick to it our email to explain the delay.. Otherwise well done team piggy bank...

very good company, always sends reminders to help you know when payment due. they could make the decisions a bit quicker though.
