Easy process but delivery needs to be better

Ordering process was great and very easy. Problem with Royal Mail delivering though. Took 10days to arrive and didn’t get informed till I called.

I have checked the tracking reference and it shows that the parcel was delayed at the local delivery office for around 6 days.
