Can do attitude.
Peter Ball and Co, Cheltenham, very good service and communication. I like their can do attitude which I have found throughout, Sales or Rental both equally positive and helpful.

Market appraisal was carried out on time and as arranged, but we felt the procedure was very rushed. We felt the value was pitched low for a quick sale.
