The actual theme park was the best I have ever seen, so well looked after! Hotel was not good, dark and dingy, also I was supposed to get a refund on one of the tickets as promised by Paultons park...
Overall the online booking process was good however it says kids under 1m go free but then the age has to be under 2 years which doesn’t make sense. So, needs some checking
