The items are of good quality, however I was extremely disappointed that I could not add to an order I had placed on the same day, therefore had to pay postage twice!

Thank you for your feedback today.
I am afraid we do not offer the service where you can add to an order, your order is printed into 1 of our 3 warehouses once paid for in circulation amongst 1000s of others so to find the one order would prove extremely difficult.
If you were ordering 1-2 small lightweight items then we could offer a postage discount if you had forgotten it from the original order at the time.
