Hello, Thank you for your review and comments, Our apologies that you didn't have a good experience with us. Your order was placed on the 04/06 and was dispatched from us on 07/06 via royal mail. At the point of dispatch there was an email sent, however our emails can end up in junk or spam folders as they come from our automatic system. This order was placed with standard delivery option, which takes around 3-5 working days for delivery and we delivered on the 5th working day inline with the timeframe. Kind Regards, Partybits2Go

I've looked into it and can see that DPD had admitted full fault that the parcel was not there on time.We are in the process of sourcing a new courier which should provide a better level of service as your complaint has not been the only one. I've checked with our customer service team and we haven't had any contact as you had advised. On our website we have our contact details and a web form which submits a ticket, any of these can be used to raise an issue which we would have sorted straight away for you.
