Thanks for your other comments as well as it is always good to hear where we can improve. We don't have a shop as this is how we keep our prices so competitive, but we do offer a sample service where you can order examples of the rings you like to try on in your own home. We are looking at our communication process to make sure we keep customers updated on the progress of their rings. Each ring is made to order, so we do try and allow around 4 weeks for diamond set bands in particular to give us time to create the ring to our high standards.
