Hello Thank you for providing this feedback and we are sorry that you were disappointed with the accommodation choices and that you felt overwhelmed by the number of pilgrims on this section of the Camino. The Sarria to Santiago section which you would is by far the most popular section of all the Caminos, with pilgrims from all over the world walking towards the end goal of reaching the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela and receiving their certificate of completion, the Compostela. September is also the most popular month for pilgrims. We note your comments about the hotels and the wedding celebrations that disturbed you. Normally the hotel will inform us in advance if there are wedding groups booked in, but unfortunately they did not inform us on this occasion. We do hope that you were able to enjoy the majority of your time on your Camino and share experiences with the many other pilgrims walking the same paths. Buen Camino, Sean

Hi James Thank you very much for this feedback, we are happy to hear that you had a great Camino experience. We are sorry about the hotel you mention where the breakfast start time was later than what would normally be expected for Camino walkers who like to get on the road early. We totally accept your point and agree that this should have been communicated to you. Please accept our apology, we will look at this hotel again. In relation to directions, it is always a challenge to be 100% updated, particularly as town/village councils often make amendments to the route of the Camino and/or the signs that pilgrims rely on. We have just introduced a new mobile app that automatically pulls directions from a mapping system, so this issue should be eliminated in the future. Buen Camino, Sean
