Thank you for your feedback.
We do advise to allow 12 weeks of taking any vitamin and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual.

Didn't really like the taste or texture. Will stick to tables for vitamins. Worth a try though as this is subjective and you might like them.
