Very poor, placed order end January and still not received, was due beginning March, then moved a week and since then no news. I have asked order to be cancelled and a refund given.

I am very sorry to read you had experienced a delay on your order, I understand the frustration of having to then find an alternative gift and I am sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your order and it is showing as delivered on the 17th of March (having been sent on the 12th) - please may you confirm this has not been received and I can open an investigation with Royal Mail to retrieve the package.
