Very happy with service and bed only glitch was 1 of the small plastic bed slats was missing a small piece of the plastic mould although i dont think this will cause any major problems.
Simple ordering. Quick delivery. Perfect bed frame. Excellent overall

Service was good but the quality of product is very poor. It was never mentioned on the product description that base of the bed is a thin cloth which completely defends the purpose of having ottoman...
