Very helpful when i call them on the phone when talking about placing an order. However after i placed my order there was no emails regarding when my items where going to be delivered and one item...

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the telephone at time of order the mattress is delivered on a next day service hence why you were not contacted. After calling it cam to light that you had not added the email address correctly hence why you did not receive any notifications. I am pleased however after speaking that you found the items to be great.
