Thank you for your review. As discussed on the phone due to your location we had to dispatch this via a courier service. I have contacted the couriers and they did advise that they were happy to re deliver on another day or leave it safe. I am not sure if they are telling the truth but do apologise for this as it is not our standard procedure.

No fuss at all. As simple as can be. Buy a bed... they do their best to have it delivered as soon as possible. I ordered mine Sunday night, it was here by Tuesday afternoon. I didn't even pay for it...

I'm sure that the initial lack of communication was a glitch in My Bed Frames system. Once I telephoned them to ask for a delivery date the information was immediately forthcoming and the bed frame...
