Hi RobinThankyou for your feedback.I am sorry you weren’t able to secure a 241 hotel deal in London.Our 241 deals are always subject to availability and dependent on our current deals. Thank you for your feedback. The 241 price is not available to be booked via a retail travel agent. Our prices are based on 2 people travelling, whereas the agent rate is typically just 1 passenger. Sometimes a cruise line may release a public 241 rate but this is very sporadic and not available on a wide range of cruise lines.
