Unfortunately, this does rarely happen and is out of our control, it was on track to be delivered within 48 hours. Hi, Thanks for leaving some feedback - we really appreciate it and your repeated custom. We have recently moved offices and are in the process of sorting out a new phone line. When it comes to the discount, like a lot of companies we offer new customers a 10% discount on their first order if they enter WELCOME10 at the checkout. This is an offer that you are welcome to utilise as well - if you haven't already used it please feel free to use it on your next order. Not to give you too much of a peak behind the curtains but the margins in wine (as a small, independent, family run merchant) are not that big so we are unable to offer a 20% discount across the board.
