We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding the event theme. We completely understand how frustrating and embarrassing that must have felt, especially after the time and effort you put into your costumes and plans for the evening.
Your comments regarding the experience on the night are also taken seriously, and we will be reviewing this with both our team and the venue to understand what may have gone wrong.
This is clearly not the standard we strive to deliver, and we would very much like the opportunity to resolve this properly for you.
