This is the first complaint ever about this popular product, and no contact from you before you slander our products on-line. Its not the way we have done business for the last 21 years, and to suggest we purposefully select poor products to fob off on overseas customers is disgraceful. Had you bothered to contact us we would have replaced the product immediately. Your further suggestion that all our products are badly made is something I would consider raising with our legal advisers, except you are in Australia.
For your information, you are totally incorrect in all your suggestions.

Did you actually view the photos that I attached to my Feefo review?
I was going to write an email to you complaining about the rubbish product that you sent me, but you sent me an UNSOLICITED, SPAM email, even before I taken the delivery, asking me to give my review of your product, which I did.
I'll be contacting Feefo to make sure that my genuine review of More Than Polish remains on their system.
Your arrogant and aggressive response to my heart-felt comments will let any possible customers know what sort of company that they could be dealing with.

As you weren't polite enough to contact us and instead chose to rubbish my business on-line first, without giving us opportunity to make redress or apology, then no, you wont be.
Automated on-line feedback notifications are commonplace now, we make no excuse for asking our customers for their feedback.
I'll live with your review online.
