Hi William and thanks for the review. We acknowledge that our rates are higher than that of a mainstream lender, such as a bank, but this is due to the poor credit market we serve and the risk of lending within that market. As well as providing the opportunity for a customer to own a vehicle they may not otherwise have had, we hope we're also providing the chance for a customer to improve their credit rating by maintaining a finance agreement with us. You have known I was "upset" for 12 months, and I was told Oh it's just buyer's remorse It's not considering the repairs I had to do within 15 minutes of getting this "car" I wrote and phoned and continued to complain I wanted a Nissan Cube which is the most suitable car for me as it is automatic and easy to put my disabled scooter in What I was forced to take was a Kia Soul no room in the back and a six speed manual

Because everything is past any deadline, your comments mean nothing to me. I am still stuck with it and have just had to replace the rear suspension which was mentioned over the last 12 months. I had to do it myself as with all other repairs that you wanted me to pay for to send you reports and such even though it was under so-called warranty. No matter what I said or did made no difference, money barn just fobbed me off with excuses I don't like the car, never have never will. It's not what I asked for, was sent all the way to Rugby to the worst car dealer in the midlands who operate out of a small field on a dirt forecourt waited 45 minutes while they "checked" the car and sent it out as I have said before the on to blame is the guy (who was sacked the next day) for badgering me constantly with phone call texts and emails But I have nobody to talk to I phone the sales company and was told buyers remorse, and then they refused to answer any of my calls after that. I am 71 disabled, and I am fed up with everything I am not stupid and no amount of corporate BS is going to make me any better I was sold a **** motor end of hard to get in and out of no room for anything to make my life easier even with the seats down which means no room for my carer. I know you will do nothing and this will be fobbed off to the next poor ****** in line to try and appease me. So search your books policies and any other tale you can find. I like a challenge and will keep going until it's gone from my drive. As a note, I will never us obscene language to whoever reads this you are not at fault you just have to deal with me.

Never had a problem
I have used Moneybarn before and that's twice I have never had a problem with them. The staff are always willing g to help. The only downside is the higher APR.
