Many thanks for your feedback Louise through FEEFO and by email. We're delighted to hear you and your family enjoyed your holiday in Andalucia and made lots of special memories. We work closely with our partners in Spain to tailor holidays specifically for our customers - we're glad you enjoyed cycling the Greenway and discovering different places along the way. We have passed on your comments regarding the written information you were supplied with and the limited English. At present the leaflets you were presented with aren't in English. However, they are to be updated and reprinted in September, and they are going to look at getting them translated into English. They will also ensure the hand written information they pass on to customers is clearer. Regarding speaking English, they are working daily on improving their English and will continue to do so. We are grateful for your comments as we are always looking to improve our services, and we can only do this through honest feedback - so thank you. Your comments and the action we take, along with that of our suppliers, will provide future holiday makers with an even better holiday experience!

We welcome all feedback and are forever wanting to improve our trips and service. Sorry to hear about the hotel in Alcaudete. Unfortunately, the original hotel you were booked into closed for refurbishment and we were limited on choice for a replacement. However, that said, we will definitely look at other options in the area as an alternative for those travelling in future. Thank you for your comments on this they are very helpful. We're glad you had lovely weather, this time last year when we were there it was only 15degrees!!!! It sounds like you had a very special time with your daughter, and have some amazing memories.
