Product was out of stock online. I emailed to query when more stock would be in and the kind soul in customer services found one left in the warehouse which I was able to purchase offline.

Love it, website easy to use, cot & mattress delivered in 48 hours, out off stock for cot teeth Gaurd but got an email to advise they were back in stock.
Great value product and website. Ler down by the delivery contractor though, which we had to chase up numerous times. He was totally disorganised. Not good enough.
