Hi Jill. Thanks for your review. Our apologies that Auspost did not deliver your shipment in time. You can be assured that your order was packed and sent within 24 hours of you placing it with Minnow Designs. It was sent express post and we gave Auspost Authority to leave in our shipping instructions. You were sent a tracking email with tracking data the day the parcel was sent.
If you check your tracking data, you'll see that your parcel has been sitting at your regional post office since Dec 19. This is not something we have any control over unfortunately.
However if you'd contacted us directly yesterday we would have contacted Auspost and done our best to sort it out. Unfortunately it's now too late for us to do anything to help as the morning Auspost run will be completed. They'll simply instruct us to tell you to attend the post office for pick up. You can still collect your parcel if you attend your regional post office (noted in your tracking details) today. Please check your shipping instructions to find a contact number to call ahead and location for pick up.
Good luck! We hope you can sort it out. If you are unable to do so, please get in touch and we'll send you a return label. We offer free returns on all our unworn, saleable products, for any reason. We've also sent a copy of this message directly to your email. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any issues at all.
