It was explained there was a delay from the manufacturer and the goods would be sent as soon as they were received. After a short delay the customer decided to cancel the order but when it was explained that no one else had the product he decided not to cancel but to wait until they became available. They were dispatched the day we received them.
(It turns out the person who had the authority to sign the clearance paperwork for the goods had died so the company could not release the product.)

Thanks for responding to the Feefo survey.
We asked Garmin for their comments, see following.
The paperwork that comes with the product clearly states the app is US only. We have chosen not to advertise the app in the European adverts or product information because it is not relevant. Unfortunately while we would love to have the app in Europe it is currently not available, and so we sell the product without promoting this software. So the software isn’t even mentioned at this time, rather than stating it’s not suitable which would result in additional costs for changing the packaging.
