Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our delivery terms are clearly outlined prior to checkout, including the specific restriction against delivering onto gravel surfaces. Despite this, the order was placed without any contact to discuss potential access issues. Following your order, an additional confirmation email was sent reiterating our delivery requirements, which again received no response or inquiry regarding site suitability. Upon arrival, our driver was asked to proceed with a delivery that was physically unfeasible due to the gravel surface—something clearly stated in our terms. Furthermore, the alternative suggestion to park an 18-tonne vehicle on a small concrete pad was deemed unsafe, as it posed a significant risk of damage to your property. We remain committed to delivering safely and in accordance with the terms provided to all customers.
