We are sorry to hear of your experience during your recent stay at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort Dubai.
We have initiated an internal investigation as to why our suppliers & ground-handlers had not notified us of the works taking place at the resort, and as soon as we receive notification from them, we will be in touch with you.
