We are sorry to hear that you don't think we have been pro-active in helping resolve your issues with your Virgin Atlantic and Liat flights. As explained to you, these errors are totally beyond our control, and Virgin Atlantic have admitted responsibility for the errors that occurred during your vacation to Buccament Bay. We have been in constant contact with them, trying to resolve the issues you experienced during your stay, and have kept you informed of any developments they made us aware of.
