Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent Timeless Scandinavia trip. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the company of your fellow travellers and found the trip generally good. However, we're sorry to learn that certain aspects fell short of your expectations for a Luxury Gold experience. Your observations regarding the itinerary and the omission of Gothenburg are noted. We understand how changes without clear communication can lead to disappointment, and we'll ensure this feedback is passed on to the relevant teams. The substitution with a countryside visit should have been clearly explained and aligned with the overall luxury promise. We also regret that your accommodation did not include the upgrades you had previously experienced. While we strive to offer premium stays, consistency is key, and your comments will help us review our standards more closely. Regarding dining, we appreciate your thoughts on the experience at Host in Copenhagen. While we aim to showcase fine dining, we understand that atmosphere and comfort are equally important. Your suggestion of a more locally inspired venue is valuable and will be considered in future planning. Lastly, your feedback on the balance between free time and structured activities is essential. We aim to provide flexibility, but we recognise that enriching experiences such as museum visits or canal cruises could have enhanced your journey. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. It helps us improve and better meet the expectations of our guests.
