Dear William, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on Feefo. We are very sorry that your scheduled appointment did not go ahead as planned. We endeavour to provide patients with sufficient notice of any need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, however on this occasion the clinic experienced an unexpected delay in opening due to staff sickness on short notice. We understand how important timely access to care is and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We are pleased to confirm that a full refund has been processed. We hope you have been able to access the medical care you require, however we would be more than happy to review you in clinic should this still be needed. Kind regards, Inva Patient Experience Manager

On time, thorough, professional. Unfortunately, it was necessary to go to hospital afterwards as I had to go to A&E but we got a letter from the doctor to show there and that was very helpful.
