great cover for a very good price! Customer service staff were polite and helpful & it was v. quick as well. I will gladly be using again in the future

I like that they reminded us our insurance was about to expire. I rang to renew and got through very quickly, they lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful., and renewed us straight away....

Good balance of care and attention.
Helpful staff, reasonable and proportionate approach to medical conditions. Some insurers make you feel like a walking time bomb if you have one stable condition, which is probably most people.
