OK but lacking in warmth on phone.
he screening number on the renewal offered good help and referred me back to the main number here the person I was to was capable but unfriendly and didn't make me feel valued.

Easy to apply but headline cost doesn't include tax
Very quick and easy to complete application form but when it came to checking out, price a lot higher than expected due to addition of insurance tax.
