smile while you tend to your customers

we use Benson about 4 times over the last few years and its been overall great but the new Russian yard Forman comes across very aggressive and all ways looks upset not a great impression

Loved the weekend and the trip. Booking, check in and check out all very easy. Boat was a bit dated, and didn't like reverse!

Great time

Disappointed we had to wait so long for our boat instructions due to others. We did not set sail until 6pm from when we arrived at 2pm. Beds were not made either but staff were very nice in general.

Charge for Cushions on a £2000 holiday, pathetic.

Base staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Boat was excellent and very well presented. Charging £7 for cushions although trifling, was very irritating.
