Process managed very badly. Poor, very confusing and conflicting communications and updates. Hire car still not picked up, had to chase for this as LR clearly forgot. The repairer on the otherhand...

Very poor service and customer experience
From a repair perspective, this was completed ok. Although took 10 days for a small door dent. My cars overall condition was worse when it came out of Balgores workshop than when it went in....
