I understand you booked a holiday with Carrier via our Cheltenham store. I was so sorry to learn that your holiday was affected by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Whilst I am pleased to learn that your return travel was amended to enable you to return home safely, I am sorry to learn of the delays in getting your refund from Carrier. I appreciate this is frustrating and I am grateful for the time taken to provide us with your feedback.
