Customer received the item and has returned the item back to our store and refund has been concluded.
Sent back an item which was faulty. This was advised by jubbas.com, they received my item as i sent it via tracking but have not yet refunded my money back.
Luckily I boughy using paypal as you can...

Hi,
We understand that item was returned and due to some issues this was not escalated correctly and refund did not take in timely manner.
Just to clarify few points made, we are a business which has been operating for almost 17 years and we are not going anywhere.
Customers money is always protected whether you buy using Paypal or any other method, as we are here to serve for long term.
I hope you understand our situation.

As per item we will pass the feedback to our supplier and see how they are able to monitor and make it better. We would appreciate if you could give us constructive feedback to ensure we are able to pass it on to our supplier.
My colleague remember you sending a clip stating that it was faulty item, nothing was mentioned about nasheeds.
