Salaams thank you for finally getting back. I understand mistakes happen especially during such a busy period. However I was looking forward to gifting the thobe to my partner & son. I am very disappointed as I asked customer service to still send me the product which I had ordered & just refund me my delivery charge. However they decided to just refund me my money back as they could not locate my order. This frustrated me even more

Yes you may miss an order it happens. However if the customer still wants the order please don’t make the decision of just refunding the money back & not sending any goods especially if they have specified not to cancel the order & still proceed with the transaction thank you
