Had no problems generally butwould have liked more information about hotel.
Alsogetting from the airport was a long effort because of Aurigny cancelling flight.
Easy to use site. Hotel & ferry booking was straight forward. Also holiday was very good value for money. The relaxed pace of life on the island was just what was needed to escape a busy work life...
The arrangements made worked extremely well at the 2nd attempt on website (the previous day the web site attempt at booking was confusing). Travel arrangements for Condor Ferries & Hotel in Jersey...
EVERYTHING REGARDING MY BOOKING WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN,NO HICCUPS AT ALL, VERY PROFESSIONAL,WHICH IS WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM THE ISLANDS MAJOR TRAVEL CO.
