Thank you for your feedback, we have already passed it on our hotel partner for them to improve what needs improvement. For your next break in Jersey we will look into different accommodation options.

Our travel and transfers all went according to plan. We had no problems with our hotel , we were well looked after from the moment we arrived in Jersey.
