Unfortunately as an operator we are subject to contracts with hotels and airlines that mean last minute changes are not always possible, and this should have been more thoroughly explained at the time of your call. Please accept our apologies for this. We do hope to be of service to you again for a future trip, when everyone is in the best of health.
Good servicer but it was notable clear that transfer between airport and hotel was not included
