You are correct shipping and road haulage are both at crisis point making goods arriving into the UK and to the end user you the customer very delayed. You’re right the website did give a general update of how things were and I noticed everyone who left a comment said that you kept them well informed with regular updates of where their furniture was. According to my account dashboard it still says you’re processing my order.
