Ciao, Thank you for sharing your feedback! I am happy to share that you can certainly purchase basic tickets with reserved seats; you would simply click 'Basic' fare type, then during the seat selection portion of the booking process, click 'Make my own selection.' This would enable you to both have the Basic fare type and reserved seats. While booking Viva fare comes with a slew of great benefits, including free cancellation and one free change, if you want Basic fare with reserved seats, we certainly have a way to get that for you! With that in mind, I'll be reaching out personally to see if we can get your bookings adjusted the way that you prefer. Please keep an eye out for an email from me! Warmest regards, Micaela M.

Ciao, Thank you for sharing your feedback! Our website shows live availability from the train operator; however, these seats can sell out. If you do not see quiet zone availability for your booking, it is possible that it is either sold out or that train is not offering it. One thing you can do is look at different departure times, since those different trains may have the quiet zone available! If you'd like to discuss making any changes to your ticket, please give us a call or e-mail us and our representatives will be happy to assist. Warmest regards, Micaela M.

Ciao, Thank you for sharing your feedback! I have reviewed your communication; to add your tickets to your Apple wallet, you can retrieve them through the Trenitalia app then click the 'Add to wallet' button, which is what the representatives had sent you detailed instructions about. I apologize if there was any confusion! Please be on the lookout for an email from me personally with further assistance. Best regards, Micaela M. Traveler Experience Agent
